planning. He started the first CPA firm in San Diego County that focused on estate

to its specialty.

Richard has authored over 40 articles for local publications and has appeared on
local television programs as a guest speaker on estate tax issues. He is currently
on the Board of Trustees of the National Steinbeck Center Museum in Salinas,
